Large Tree Removal in Euless, TX
Removing a Large Tree Along a Fence & Property Line
Case Tree Service was called to a home in Euless, TX to remove a large mature red oak that had declined significantly, with a substantial amount of deadwood throughout the canopy. Because of the tree’s size, condition, and limited working space, the removal required a combination of careful rigging and strategic felling for sections that could not be safely lowered. The project was completed for a local Vietnam veteran and included full debris removal, stump grinding, and a thorough cleanup of the property.
How We Removed This Large Red Oak in Euless
Large Declining Red Oak
This large mature red oak in Euless had declined significantly, with substantial deadwood throughout the canopy. Its location near the fence and home made careful planning important from the start.
Careful Sectional Removal
The upper canopy was removed in smaller sections to safely reduce the tree piece by piece. Limited working space meant each cut had to be planned around the surrounding property.
Rigging & Strategic Felling
The removal used both controlled rigging and strategic felling depending on each section. Some pieces could be lowered by rope, while others had to be directed safely to the ground.
Working Around Obstacles
The fence, house, pool pump and filter system, and underground irrigation all created challenges during the job. Each obstacle had to be considered throughout both the removal and stump work.
Stump Grinding & Cleanup
After the tree was down, the stump was ground while working carefully around the underground irrigation system and close proximity to the fence. The homeowner chose to keep the stump clippings on site after grinding.
Clean Finished Result
Once the removal and stump grinding were complete, the remaining debris was cleaned up and the area was left open and usable. With no grass present, final cleanup was straightforward and efficient.

Don't take it from us, here is what our Customers say
"I hate writing reviews, so if I’m writing one it’s because I have experienced something that exceeds expectations and prior experiences.
Case tree service helped me remove about 10 dead trees from my property in early 2024. Scott and Melissa amazed me with their care for my property and the efficiency in which they executed the task. Everything they did from dropping limbs and trees to grinding the stumps was completed with all the small details attended to. They removed all the debris and all traces of them even being there.
Early in 2025, I heard from Scott because he thought he identified what might be killing my trees and even came to walk my property to see if his suspicion was correct. Who does that? They actually thought about a customer and followed up to see how that customer was doing! Instead of coming to ask for more work, they came back to offer solutions!
I have many trees on my property and as long as Scott, Melissa and Case Tree Service exist, I will have no other tree service on my property. Scott is a certified arborist and knows the trade exceptionally well. I trust them completely. Sorry for such a long wined review, but there is so much positive information to share about Case Tree Service!"
